Tier IV · Hands-on execution
Implementation
& Integration.
The engagement when the strategy is settled and the work is now execution. We run the technical integration, sequence the certification activities, and handle the cross-vendor coordination that would otherwise consume your senior engineering capacity for six to twelve months.
Capabilities
Where we go deep.
Connectivity architecture transitions
Whatever the next transition is, that's where we work. SIM technology shifts, profile lifecycle changes, the move from operator-orchestrated to device-orchestrated, single-carrier to multi-carrier, terrestrial to hybrid. We handle the integration into your firmware, your platform, and your operations workflow.
Manufacturing and lifecycle integration
The operational shift most enterprises haven't planned for: how connectivity gets baked into a device during manufacturing, activated in the field, and managed across its service life. We design the workflow, integrate it with your contract manufacturer, and instrument the failure modes that matter.
Certification streamlining
Regulatory and operator certification programs run on schedules that rarely align with your product timeline. We sequence the certification activities to minimise duplication, parallelise where possible, and surface the gating issues early enough to resolve them inside the development cycle.
Vendor and integration management
Most IoT projects are bottlenecked by vendor management, not by engineering. We sit between you and the platform, orchestration, and carrier vendors, drive the integration cadence, and resolve the cross-vendor issues that otherwise sit in everyone's queue for weeks at a time.
How we work
Senior engineers, capped budgets, hand-off by design.
Implementation engagements are time-and-materials with a hard cap, agreed up front. We don't take percentage uplifts on hardware, software, or vendor spend. Our incentive is to finish the work efficiently and hand it off cleanly.
The team is senior practitioners only. We don't staff implementation engagements with juniors learning on your project. The trade-off is that we run a small number of these at a time, and the calendar can be tight.
Every engagement ends with hand-off documentation, a runbook your operations team can use, and a follow-up window for questions. If you'd like ongoing involvement after that, the right move is usually to convert into a Managed Connectivity Evolution retainer, not to extend the implementation contract.

Tell us about the project, the timeline, and the technical context. We'll respond within two business days with whether we have capacity and how an engagement might be structured.
