Tier III · Brokered relationships

Connectivity
Brokerage.

Most IoT companies end up locked into a single carrier or platform by accident: a deal that made sense at signing, a contract that grew teeth on renewal, an integration that's now too expensive to unwind. We work the opposite way. We help you select and structure the relationships that fit your situation today, with the architectural posture to evolve as the landscape moves.

What's distinctive

Four commitments that change the economics.

01

Independence is the product.

We have no exclusivity arrangements, no preferred-vendor obligations, no kickbacks that bias a recommendation. The right answer for your situation is the answer we give, even when that means recommending a relationship we have no commercial stake in.

02

Architectural posture, not just procurement.

A connectivity decision is rarely just a procurement decision. The right partner depends on your architecture, your roadmap, your geographic footprint, and the transitions you'll face in the next three to five years. We bring all of that into the brokering, not just the spreadsheet of per-megabyte rates.

03

Transparent commercial structures.

Where we earn introduction fees or referral compensation, we disclose them up front. Where we don't, we're clear about that too. The work we do for you is paid for explicitly, not buried inside someone else's per-unit rate.

04

No single-source lock-in.

Every brokered arrangement is structured to preserve your optionality. Multi- partner from day one where it makes sense; single-partner with explicit exit paths where it doesn't. The architecture you ship with is the architecture you can evolve away from when you need to.

How a brokerage engagement runs

Diagnose, recommend, structure, hand off.

Every brokerage engagement starts with a diagnostic of your situation: fleet size, geographic footprint, regulatory posture, current architecture, growth trajectory, and the time horizon over which you need flexibility. From that we produce a written recommendation: which kinds of partners fit, which specific candidates are worth running through, and how the relationship should be structured commercially and architecturally.

We then run the introductions, manage the technical and commercial negotiation in parallel, and hand off the operational relationship cleanly to your team. Where the situation warrants ongoing involvement, the engagement folds into Managed Connectivity Evolution. Where it doesn't, we step out once the relationship is live.

Our network spans Tier-1 carriers, regional carriers, MVNOs, IoT-specialised connectivity platforms, eUICC and orchestration vendors, and emerging non-terrestrial providers. We bring the relationships; you get the right fit, brokered honestly, on terms that hold up over time.
